RAFFLESTAG offers these custom booklets in four size choices and a wide range of page counts. Buyers can also select cover and content paper weights separately, making it easier to configure the booklet around its purpose, content volume, and desired paper setup.

Choose From A4, A5, A6 and B5 Sizes

Four booklet sizes are shown: A4, A5, A6 and B5. This gives buyers several formats to consider rather than requiring every project to use the same dimensions.

Start the size decision with the artwork and how much information needs to appear on each page. A design containing larger photographs, charts or substantial text may benefit from a different format than a booklet intended for shorter messages or compact distribution.

A5 is the selected option in the displayed configuration, while A4, A6 and B5 are also available.

Build the Booklet Around Your Content Length

One of the most useful choices is the page count. Available configurations start at 8 pages and increase in four-page increments:

8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48 and 52 pages.

The 8-page configuration is displayed as the free standard page-count option. Increasing the page count adds a per-piece charge, starting at $0.02 each for 12 pages and increasing based on the selected page count.

This range lets buyers match the booklet more closely to the amount of prepared content. A concise program or promotional piece can stay toward the lower end, while projects containing more sections can move to one of the higher page-count configurations.

When preparing artwork, it is useful to determine the required page count early. This lets you plan the content, images, headings, and other design elements around the final booklet structure instead of trying to fit an already completed layout into a different page count.

Select the Cover Paper Separately

The cover does not have to use the same paper weight as the interior pages. RAFFLESTAG provides cover choices of 80, 100, 128, 157, 210, 260, and 300 gsm.

The displayed standard cover selection is 300 gsm and is marked free. Choosing a lighter listed cover lowers the per-piece price, with adjustments ranging from -$0.02 each for 260 gsm to -$0.12 each for 80 gsm.

Having a separate cover selection gives buyers more control over how the booklet is configured. Rather than treating every page identically, you can choose the paper weight for the outside independently from the pages carrying the main content.

Configure the Interior Content Pages

Interior paper options also range from 80 to 300 gsm, with 80, 100, 128, 157, 210, 260, and 300 gsm available.

The displayed standard selection is 128 gsm content paper, which is marked as free. Other selections change the per-piece price. The shown adjustments range from -$0.02 each for 80 gsm and -$0.04 for 100 gsm to additional charges for 157, 210, 260, and 300 gsm.

Separating the cover and content choices is particularly useful when comparing different booklet configurations. You can select the paper combination based on the project rather than being limited to one fixed cover-and-interior pairing.
