Mouse Pad

A custom PVC mouse pad is a printed desk mat with a hard, smooth plastic top. Companies order them as staff welcome gifts, client thank-yous, and event handouts. The pad sits in view all day, so the logo keeps working long after the event ends.

The design is simple on purpose. A flat printed face gives an optical mouse a clean, even surface to read across. Users set the pad down and start working right away. Nothing to install, charge, or connect.

Why PVC Holds Up Well on a Busy Office Desk

PVC is a firm plastic that holds its shape and wipes clean with a damp cloth. It does not soak up coffee rings or crumbs the way cloth does. That makes it easy to keep tidy on busy office desks and shared workstations.

Sizes, Shapes, and Print Space to Match Your Design

Three sizes are available. The 9 x 7.50 inch pad suits a standard desk. The 10.25 x 8.25 inch version leaves more room for a bigger logo. The 11.75 x 31.50 inch size stretches under both keyboard and mouse.

Round, Rectangular, or the Long Gaming Shape

Shape is a free choice. Round pads read as friendly and work well with circular logos. Rectangular pads give the most usable print area for wordmarks and taglines. The long gaming shape suits streamers, esports clubs, and tech brands targeting younger audiences.

Logo Printing and Artwork Options on Every Pad

Artwork covers the full top face, so you are not limited to a small logo box. Photos, gradients, brand colors, QR codes, calendars, and safety reminders all print. Everything can be customized to suit your branding, event, and usage requirements.

Getting Your Artwork Ready Before You Upload

Upload your file directly on the product page; the maximum file size is 10 MB. Vector files hold sharp edges best. Add any special notes in the order box, such as color references or the position you want the logo to sit.

Who Orders These Mouse Pads and How to Get Started

These pads fit new-hire welcome kits, IT and software giveaways, trade show tables, university orientation bags, and clinic or agency workstations. Real estate teams, insurance agencies, and repair shops often print a phone number so their contact details stay within reach.

Buyers choose this style for a wipe-clean surface, bold full-face printing, and steady desk visibility that a flyer cannot match. The pad stays in one spot, faces the user for hours, and often appears on video calls as quiet brand exposure.
