Choose the Width That Fits Your Design

Four wristband widths are shown for the embossed style: 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch and 1 inch.

Width selection is worth considering early because it affects the overall appearance of the wristband and the space available for the design. A short name or concise message may work differently from a design containing longer wording, icons or separate front and back elements.

The 1/2-inch option is shown selected in the product configurator, but buyers can choose among all four listed widths when building their order.

Rather than choosing a width independently of the artwork, consider the wording and design together. A simple campaign phrase, organization name or compact logo may require less space than a more detailed promotional message.

Solid Colors and Multicolor Options

Solid wristbands are available in multiple colors. Visible selections include Black, Red 485C, Yellow Gold 1225C, White, Yellow C, Dark Green 7732C, Lime Green 7488C, Teal 3262C, Light Blue 297C and Royal Blue 3005C.

The ordering interface also provides three upgraded color treatments. Glow costs an additional $0.20 per wristband, while 2 Segment Color and Swirl each cost an additional $0.10 per wristband.

These choices make it possible to approach the wristband differently depending on the campaign. A business can coordinate the band with its branding, while an event organizer can use different colors for groups, programs or separate campaigns.

Build the Message Around Your Artwork

The customization interface provides three message arrangements: Continue Message, Front/Back Message and No Message.

Front and back message fields allow the wording to be organized around the wristband rather than requiring everything to appear in one location. Buyers can also select fonts, add icons and choose message colors through the online customization controls.

For designs that are already prepared, an artwork upload option is available. This is useful when the wristband needs to follow existing campaign artwork, a company identity or another prepared design rather than being assembled entirely from text and icons.

Keep embossed artwork visually clear. Because the key characteristic of this wristband is its raised design, concise wording and recognizable artwork can make effective use of the available space.

Add an Inside Message

Customization does not have to stop with the outside of the wristband. The product configuration includes optional inside messaging.

A printed inside message costs $0.15 per wristband plus an additional $35 charge. An embossed inside message is also offered with a $20 additional charge. Buyers who do not need interior customization can select No Message.

Inside messaging creates another location for information without requiring it to become part of the main outward-facing design. For example, the exterior can carry the primary campaign name while the interior contains supplementary wording.

When planning the artwork, decide which information needs immediate visibility and which content is better placed inside the band.

Suitable for Awareness and Promotional Campaigns

Plan Quantities and Colors Together

The embossed wristband has a minimum quantity of 50 pieces. The product configurator provides quantity fields alongside individual colors, allowing the order to be planned around the required color selections.

This can be useful when one campaign needs more than one wristband color. Instead of treating color as an afterthought, decide how each color will function within the overall order.

For branded programs, colors can coordinate with established visual identities. For organized activities, separate colors can also provide an easy visual distinction between different groups or campaign variations.

Optional Individual Packing

Individual packing is available as an accessory for $0.20 per wristband.

This option can be considered when wristbands will be distributed individually rather than handed out in bulk. For example, individually packed pieces may suit prepared giveaway kits, promotional packs or organized distribution where each wristband needs to remain separate before use.

Orders intended for straightforward group distribution may not require this additional option.

You can then decide whether the wording should continue around the band or be separated into front and back messages. Add an inside message only when it contributes useful information that does not need to occupy the main exterior design.
