Custom Shapes Made from Your Artwork

Acrylic pins can be cut around the outline of a logo, character, object, word or illustration. The clear border visible around the design helps protect the printed artwork while following its overall shape.

Customers should provide a clear cutting path when possible. If one is not supplied, RAFFLESTAG can review the artwork and recommend a suitable outline.

Very small gaps, sharp points and thin sections may need to be adjusted. These changes help keep the acrylic strong and reduce the chance of damage during handling.

Full-Color Printing

Full-color printing allows acrylic pins to reproduce detailed artwork without limiting the design to a small number of solid enamel colors. This method can support gradients, fine lines, shadows and complex color combinations.

A white ink layer may be printed behind the artwork to keep the colors bright and prevent them from looking transparent. The availability and placement of this white layer should be confirmed before production.

If transparent sections are part of the design, identify them clearly in the artwork or order notes. Do not use a white background unless you want white to appear in the finished pin.

Clear Acrylic Material

The gallery shows a transparent acrylic base with a glossy surface. This material is lightweight, smooth and suitable for colorful printed designs.

The exact acrylic thickness is not displayed and should be added to the product specifications. Thicker acrylic may feel stronger, while thinner material may be lighter and more flexible.
