Enamel Pin

Die-struck pins reproduce artwork using raised and recessed metal rather than colored enamel. A custom die stamps the design into the metal, producing detailed lines, lettering and textured areas.

This traditional appearance works well for corporate recognition, service awards, associations, uniforms and commemorative events.

The 1-inch size is selected on the page. Smaller pins suit simple emblems, while larger sizes provide more room for lettering and detailed artwork.

Antique and Matte Metal Finishes

Antique gold, antique silver and antique nickel are included free. Their darker recessed sections help improve the visibility of stamped details.

Matte gold, matte nickel and matte silver are available for an additional $0.15 per pin. These finishes provide a softer, less reflective appearance.

Sandblasted or Epoxy-Coated Surface

A sandblasted effect is shown as a free upgrade. This finish can create visual contrast between raised polished areas and recessed textured sections.

An epoxy coating is available for an additional $0.25 each. It adds a clear protective layer over the pin’s surface.

Multiple Back Attachments

Butterfly and rubber clutches are included free. Magnetic attachments are available for recipients who prefer not to pierce clothing, while safety pins may suit larger badges or apparel applications.

Wide or heavy designs may require two attachment points to help prevent the pin from rotating.

Packaging and Backing Cards

Every pin can be supplied in a free individual polybag. Velour pouches, plastic boxes and velour boxes are available for awards, formal gifts and premium presentation.

Backing cards can provide additional space for a logo, message, website, barcode or event information. The page shows 54 × 86mm and 60 × 40mm options, but their full prices are not visible.

How to Order Die-Struck Pins

Enter a quantity of at least 10 pieces and select a size. Choose an antique or matte plating finish, then select the attachment, packaging and surface upgrade.

Upload clear vector artwork where possible. Review and approve the RAFFLESTAG digital mockup, metal finish and recessed details before production begins.
