Enamel Pin

Hard enamel pins are made by filling the recessed sections of a metal design with colored enamel and polishing the surface until the enamel sits level with the metal lines.

The result is a smooth, polished finish with a premium appearance. Customize the pins with your company logo, mascot, illustration, event name or original artwork.

Seven Available Sizes

Choose from the following sizes:

• 0.5 inch (12.7mm)

• 0.75 inch (19.1mm)

• 1 inch (25.4mm)

• 1.25 inches (31.8mm)

• 1.5 inches (38.1mm)

• 2 inches (50.8mm)

• 2.25 inches (57.2mm)

The 1-inch size is selected in the screenshot. Smaller pins suit simple artwork, while larger sizes provide more space for text and detailed designs.

Multiple Metal Plating Options

Nickel, imitation gold and black nickel are included at no additional charge. Matte gold, matte nickel and matte silver cost an additional $0.15 per piece.

The plating creates the outlines and exposed metal sections of the design. Choose a finish that complements the enamel colors and intended style.

Up to Five Colors Included

Up to five enamel colors are included free. Six colors cost an additional $0.10 each, while seven colors cost an additional $0.15 each.

Provide Pantone references when accurate brand-color matching is important. Colors displayed on a monitor may differ slightly from the finished enamel.

Clutch, Magnet and Safety-Pin Attachments

Butterfly and rubber clutches are included free. Magnetic attachments are available for customers who do not want the pin post to pierce clothing.

A safety-pin attachment may suit larger badges or apparel applications. Wide designs may require two attachment points to prevent rotation.

Packaging and Backing Cards

Free polybag packaging protects each pin during delivery. Velour pouches and presentation boxes are available for gifts, awards and premium merchandise.

Custom backing cards can display your logo, product information, website, social-media details or barcode. The page offers 54 × 86mm and 60 × 40mm card sizes.

Glitter, Rhinestones and UV Printing

Add glitter enamel for a sparkling finish or rhinestones for decorative details. UV printing can reproduce gradients, photographs, fine text and other details that standard enamel sections cannot create.

The screenshots show additional charges for these upgrades. Confirm whether the listed amounts are per-piece or setup fees before ordering.

Iron and Zinc-Alloy Options

Iron is included as the standard metal. Zinc alloy is available as an upgrade and may be better for complex shapes, detailed cutouts or thicker dimensional designs.

The zinc-alloy option shows an additional $0.25 per piece and $50 extra, which should be clearly identified as a mold or setup charge.

How to Order Hard Enamel Pins

Enter the required quantity and select a size from 0.5 to 2.25 inches. Choose the plating, number of colors, attachment, packaging and any additional upgrades.

Upload your artwork and provide Pantone colors when required. Review and approve the RAFFLESTAG digital mockup before production begins.
