Enamel Pin

Soft enamel pins are made by filling recessed areas of a metal design with colored enamel. Raised metal lines remain visible between the colors, creating a textured surface that adds depth and definition to the artwork.

Customize the pins with your logo, mascot, illustration, event title or original artwork.

Eight Available Pin Sizes

Choose from 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 50mm or 60mm. The 25mm option is selected in the screenshot.

Smaller sizes work well for simple logos, while larger pins provide more space for text, detailed illustrations and multiple design elements.

Multiple Plating Options

Free plating choices include nickel, imitation gold and black nickel. Matte gold, matte nickel and matte silver are available for an additional $0.15 per pin.

The selected plating forms the raised outlines and visible metal areas. Choose a finish that complements the colors and style of your artwork.

Up to Five Colors Included

Up to five enamel colors are included at no additional charge. Six colors cost an additional $0.10 each, while seven colors cost an additional $0.15 each.

Provide Pantone color references when accurate brand-color matching is important. Slight variations may occur between screen colors and finished enamel.

Clutch, Magnet and Safety-Pin Attachments

Butterfly and rubber clutches are included free. Magnetic options are available for customers who prefer not to pierce clothing, while the safety-pin attachment can suit larger badges or apparel applications.

For wide or heavy designs, consider a double attachment to reduce rotation while the pin is being worn.

Packaging and Backing Cards

Free individual polybag packaging is available. Customers can upgrade to a velour pouch, plastic box or velour box for a more premium presentation.

Custom backing cards are also available in 54 × 86mm and 60 × 40mm sizes. These cards provide space for branding, product information, social-media details or retail barcodes.

Optional Design Upgrades

Rhinestones can add decorative detail, while glitter enamel creates a sparkling finish. Epoxy coating adds a clear protective layer and produces a smoother surface.

UV printing may be used for gradients, small text, photographs or details that cannot be separated into standard enamel areas.

Iron or Zinc-Alloy Metal

Iron is included as the standard metal. Zinc alloy is available as an upgrade and may be preferable for complex shapes, cutouts, thicker designs or dimensional effects.

How to Order Soft Enamel Pins

Enter your required quantity of at least 10 pieces and select the pin size. Choose the plating, number of colors, back attachment, packaging and any additional upgrades.
