Enamel Pin

Offset printed pins reproduce designs directly onto a flat metal surface. Unlike enamel pins, the artwork does not need to be divided by raised metal lines.

This process is suitable for photographs, gradients, QR codes, small lettering, detailed illustrations and designs containing many colors.

Clear Protective Epoxy Coating

A transparent epoxy layer covers the printed artwork. This coating helps protect the design from scratches and moisture while creating a smooth, glossy and slightly raised surface.

Confirm the epoxy thickness and edge finish if the pin will be used regularly or sold as retail merchandise.

Seven Available Sizes

Choose from:

• 0.5 inch (12.7mm)

• 0.75 inch (19.1mm)

• 1 inch (25.4mm)

• 1.25 inches (31.8mm)

• 1.5 inches (38.1mm)

• 2 inches (50.8mm)

• 2.25 inches (57.2mm)

The 1-inch size is marked as the most popular option. Larger sizes are recommended when the artwork contains small text, QR codes or complex visual details.

Butterfly or Rubber Clutch

A butterfly clutch and black rubber clutch are available free. Butterfly clutches provide a traditional metal fitting, while rubber clutches offer a softer feel against the back of the pin.

Confirm whether double attachments are recommended for wide or irregularly shaped designs.

Packaging Options

Individual polybag packaging is included free. Upgrade to a velour pouch, plastic box or velour box when the pins are intended for awards, gifts or premium presentation.

Custom packaging can improve the perceived value of the product and help protect it during distribution.

Optional Custom Backing Card

A paper backing card is available for an additional $0.20 per piece, with an extra $30 fee also displayed. The page should clarify whether this additional amount is an artwork, printing or setup charge.

Backing cards can display your logo, website, social-media details, product information, barcode or event message.

Suitable for Complex Designs

Offset printed pins work well for artwork that cannot be reproduced accurately with standard enamel. This includes multicolor logos, photographs, watercolor effects, gradients and very fine details.

Provide high-resolution artwork to achieve the clearest printed result. Vector artwork is preferred for logos and text when available.

How to Order Offset Printed Pins

Enter a quantity of at least 10 pieces and select a size from 0.5 to 2.25 inches. Choose a butterfly or rubber clutch and select the required packaging.

Add a backing card if needed, upload the artwork and enter any special instructions. Review and approve the RAFFLESTAG digital mockup before production begins.
